異なる自動車追従モデルに対するCO2と燃料消費量の評価と比較

In recent years, with the development of wireless communication technology, vehiclese communicate with each-other in an integrated manner. Among emerging technologies for intervehicular communication is platooning, where vehicles create a formation and travel together, where other vehicles follow a physical leader (front car) or a virtual leader, depending on the application. Energy saving, labor saving and improvement of safety are expected outcome of this technology. A comprehensive simulation called VENTOS is used to evaluate the front car following model. Using VENTOS simulation, we evaluate and compare the conventional front car following model ACC and CACC, in different scenarios.
