Announcement of the release of the paper review preparation form

We have received many voices that reviewers are often confused when submitting review results in PRMS (Paper Review Management System) because the review needs to be entered in several pages and the overall input fields are not shown at once.
We are pleased to announce the release of the paper review preparation form. With this form, reviewers can easily see the content of all pages and individual fields to be filled in. The form can also be used to prepare the review in this form first, and copy/paste each field to PRMS.
Please note that the form is just for preparation of review reports.
Submission of the form via email or other means is not accepted.
PRMS does not have a function to upload the form.
