Call for Papers - Special Issue of "Young Researchers’ Papers"

Call for papers - Special issue of "Young Researchers’ Papers"

January 13, 2017
Editorial Committee of the Journal of Information Processing

Journal of Information Processing (JIP) is pleased to announce the call for papers for a special issue of “Young Researchers’ Papers.”
To expand the information processing technologies, creating an environment in which young researchers are willing to research with their freewheeling thinking and/or curiosity is indispensable. Within this context, one of the most important mission of our IPSJ is to promote activities by young researchers, including students, who will lead the next generation. We promoted the same special issues twice from 2014 that were accepted widely because of their short-term reviewing. This is the third time that we plan it by the full support of our editorial committee members of JIP. Our aim is timely and speedy publication of research outcomes by young researchers.
In this special issue, we will publish papers written by young researchers including students. We welcome to submit a paper on any research topic of our society, so long as the first author of it is either a young researcher or a student (detailed requirements are described below). This special issue is conducted by guest editor system. Hayato YAMANA (Waseda University) has been invited as a guest editor in chief for this special section.
