Notes on Application
・In the case of entrusted works, the application must be submitted directly by the entruster, not the enrustee.
・If permission is granted, the following obligations apply:
　　1）Submit a copy of the published work to IPSJ (or send the cover and the relevant pages).
　　2）No alterations are allowed other than resizing or converting photos to monochrome.
　　3）The source must be clearly indicated. The copyright notice should read: “Computer Museum” on the Information Processing Society of Japan (IPSJ) website.
