Schedule

• Announcement of the draft version of the Game Rule: Sep 8, 2019
• Announcement of the final version of the Game Rule: Dec 3, 2019
• Submission deadline for the qualifying round: Jan. 20, 2020 (AoE)
• Result announcement: Feb. 5, 2020

We will announce not only the results (win/lose) of the matches but also race logs of the games on the result announcements of Qualifying and Final Rounds.

Please make your registration and submit your program via Google Classroom following the instructions in the Entry page.

Practice Round

We will hold Practice Round that provides an opportunity for competing with other participants before Preliminary Round. (Dec 30) For more details, please refer to the post with [[[Program Submission for Practice Round]]] (or "Practice Round" in the "Classwork" tab) in the Google Classroom (Register to the classrom following the instruction at the Entry page.). Note that participating the Practice Round is NOT mandatory for entry to the contest.

• Expected date for result announcement of the Practice Round: Jan 13

Submission Trial Page

(Dec 30) Submission Trial Page is now available! You can check whether the submission file works on the match-up server to be used for Preliminary (Qualifying) Round. In order to use this system, you need first to make your registration following the instructions here. Then check the post with [[[Submission Trial Page]]] at Google Classroom.

Result of online Preliminary (Qualifying) Round

By conducting the Preliminary (Qualifying) Round, the following 16 teams have been selected for advancing to the World final among 37 submissions. Congratulations to all winners! See you in Ishikawa, Japan! The IPSJ office will contact the winners by email about program submission for Final Round and travel expenses support.

We also thank all the teams including those who cannot advance to the Final Round for their submissions to SamurAI Coding 2019-20.

Note:

• "Team ID" denotes ID used in the "results of all the matches" page.
• "Young?" denotes whether all the team members were born on or after April 2nd, 1994.
• Based on the Qualifying Round Rules, we selected
  • the top eight teams, and
  • the top eight teams among the remaining teams which consist only of members born on or after April 2nd, 1994.
  (As a result, the selected teams are just equivalent to the top sixteen teams.)
