Notification of Peer Review System Renewal and Paper Submission Window Change

Recently, the IPSJ Journal of Information Processing (JIP) has renewed the peer review system. Accompanying this renewal, after October 1st, 2015 (Thursday) around noon (12:00PM JST), new submissions must be made through the new submission Web page at the following URL:

https://mc.manuscriptcentral.com/ipsj

In the event you would like to make a submission after October 1st, 2015, you must first create an account on the paper submission Web page. For detailed information, please refer to the manual available from the link “Submission Rules and Document Types” at the top of the submission page.

We will be accepting submissions for the following special issues from October 1st, 2015 (Thursday) around noon.
