Information Systems and Basic Information Security Policy
 
Article 1. Objective of Information Systems
The information systems of the Information Processing Society of Japan (IPSJ) are set in place and operated as the foundation of IPSJ’s activities and operations in order to achieve IPSJ’s mission of building a healthy and sound information society and contributing to societal and cultural development.
 
Article 2. Basic Principle for Operating Information Systems
To achieve the objective outlined in Article 1, IPSJ information systems are operated in a stable and efficient manner that ensures the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of IPSJ’s proprietary information assets, as well as their effective and secure use.
 
Article 3. User Obligations
Users of IPSJ information systems and those involved in their operation shall abide by this Policy and any other basic operation rules and regulations separately established by IPSJ.
