Editorial Committee of the Journal of Information Processing

Journal of Information Processing (JIP) is pleased to announce the call for papers for a special section of “Information Processing Technologies towards the Year 2020” that will be issued in March 2017.
Timely and speedy publication of research outcomes by researchers will not only contribute to the progress of information technologies but will help the researchers to enhance the carriers and promote the research grant activities. Based on the background, IPSJ announced special issues of “Students’ and Yong Researchers’ Papers” in 2014 and 2015, and received many submissions from the community. In this special section, we expand our scheme and accept papers also from senior researchers.
In this special section, we will publish papers on state-of-the art researches and techniques that will contribute researches and social activities in the year 2020. We welcome to submit a paper on any research topic of our society, so long as the first author is a member of IPSJ and the topic is in the scope of IPSJ. This special issue is conducted by guest editor system. Akiko Aizawa (National Institute of Informatics) has been invited as a guest editor in chief for this special section.
