Journal of Information Processing (JIP) is pleased to announce the call for papers for a special issue of "Students' and Young Researchers' Papers".
One of the most important mission of our IPSJ is to promote activities by students and young researchers who will lead the next generation. Cutting-edge technologies in information processing have achieved by young researchers' hard and steady works. It is of benefit to our society that young researchers are sustainably fostered and trained. Timely and speedy publication of research outcomes by young researchers will not only contribute to the progress of information science but will help the researchers to get good positions and generous grants.
In this special section, we will publish papers written by students and young researchers. We welcome to submit a paper on any research topic of our society, so long as the first author of it is either a student or a young researcher (detailed requirements are described below). Yasuo OKABE of Kyoto University has been invited as a guest editor in chief for this special section.

Journal of Information Processing (JIP) is currently encouraging more submissions from out-side of Japan. Any paper electronically submitted to JIP before July 31, 2015 are free of publication charge when accepted.
