In this paper, we propose and compare three easy-to-use methods of grab objects in distance from users in Virtual Reality. Our methods use a long bar that stretches out from user’s virtual right hand and points at an object. In method A, the bar points in the direction that user is looking at. In method B, the bar points following the hand position relative to the goggle. In method C, the bar rotates with the wrist. In the experiment, users get into a virtual room with several objects, are asked to grab designated 6 objects in the three methods and answer a questionnaire.
