【講演概要】The sudden outbreak of the COVID-19 around the world has brought significant impacts on human social and economic development. In the future, the digital transformation in the whole society will be significantly accelerated, even the operation of societies and communities will be no exception. With the practice and experience of CCF activities during the COVID-19 period, we believe that the operation of the communities and societies in the future will face a series of challenges. Meanwhile, as a community of IT professionals, IT associations and communities should shoulder the responsibility in the technology research and development and application promotion to promote the development of social digital transformation. We urge to strengthen the cooperation and exchange between IT communities in the Asia Pacific region, so as to better serve IT professionals and jointly promote the social and economic development in the region and around the world.
【略歴】Mei Hong is the President of CCF, and Professor at Peking University. He is an academician of Chinese Academy of Sciences and a member of the World Academy of Sciences（TWAS）. He is also Foreign Fellow of European Academy of Sciences, IEEE Fellow and CCF Fellow. Mei Hong focuses on the research of software engineering and system software with more than 200 papers published, and made series of achievements in component-based software middleware, development methodology and tool environment.
