The primary purpose of the terminal location is for routing and connecting the communications links. Using the location, a new service has been born. This service is called “Location Service". The Location Service has two categories. One is a service monitoring a position of a target terminal, and another is a service watching the statistical movement of persons with the Big-data of location and user’s attribution. The Location Database Services have become to attract an attention as one of the services using “Big-data” in 2010s. The paper shows the process of the concept evolution on the Location Services.
