• Authors with multiple papers in the Symposium and Workshops proceedings MUST register each paper individually with the RG00 rate fee, i.e., each paper MUST be registered with the RG00 rate fee by an author.
  
  
• Student Symposium authors are not allowed to register as a Day Pass Category.
  
  
• Failure to follow these policies may result in unregistered work being removed from the proceedings.
  
  
• The maximum numbers of pages accepted are as follows:
  • Regular paper
      (1-7): included with registration.
      (8-10 pages): US$250 per additional page.
      (11 pages and over): Paper will be rejected.
    
    
  • Short paper or Workshop paper
      (1-4 pages): included with registration.
      (5 pages and over): Paper will be rejected.
    
    
  • Student session paper
      (1-4 pages): included with registration.
      (5 pages and over): Paper will be rejected.
