The IPSJ Special Interest Group on System Evaluation, or SIGEVA, is launched to serve as an interdisciplinary community on system evaluation in April 2004. The IPSJ SIGEVA deals with evaluation on design, management, performance, cost, reliability, extensibility, functionality, and other characteristics of computer hardware and software systems. The topics discussed in the SIGEVA include methodologies, techniques, modeling, tools, etc. for evaluation on those characteristics.
