 | 【講演概要】By analyzing CCTV images from road sided Cameras, it is possible to automatically extract image pattern graph from a huge volume of CCTV images. From the analytics and learning of image pattern graphs, the amount of rainfall would be roughly measured and also the river flooding could be automatically detected and expected.
