A write request issue approach considering bank level request frequency with bank partitioning

In recent years, the processor core count is increasing.
Main Memory is a shared resource among multiple cores.
In some cases, memory access from a thread interfere that of another thread.
To avoid inter-thread conflicts of memory access to the bank, the method, in which one bank is used by only one thread, called Bpart is proposed.
Though Bpart can avoid the conflicts of memory access,
the bank utilization of each DRAM can become unfair depending on the behavior of applications.
We propose write request issue approach considering bank level request frequency to solve the problem.
Write requests are issued when there is no read request at a bank though they are usually issued when there is no request at a channel.
Fine grain write request issue improves the bank level utilization.
