Collaboration for Impact

"Collaboration for Impact (CFI)" is new innovative approach for project managements. CFI recognizes the dynamics of our relationships in a project and emphasizes being other aware. When we aware of the needs of other sides, and put them in center, we create positive relationships that move people towards collaboration of impact. In this paper a few features of CFI are explained.
