A Storage Platform with Easy Delivery of Computerized Information

Recently, people have began to use the synchronized file storage system to manage computerized data. In an office, a paper document is computerized on the synchronized file storage system and this document is displayed on computerized bulletin boards and desks. The computerized information is more difficult to be moved than the paper information. For moving information among terminals, it is necessary to change the user account and to consider the access permission. This paper presents a platform which enables users to easily deliver the computerized information.
