Call for Papers IEEE/IPSJ SAINT 2007 workshop on "Practical Applications of Sensor Networking" Researchers, practitioners and developers are invited to submit original unpublished papers in the following theme: Ubiquitous computer network shall include wide variety of sensor devices. These sensor devices has large heterogeneity, such as associated with computing capability, geographical location, types of sensor information, as well as associated the applications using those sensors. We realize that the sensor networking has a lot of technical challenges, such as operating system, routing, device management architecture, security and privacy. Also, some practical professional applications, such as monitoring the heat island phenomena in metropolitan using weather sensors, has been exploring, recently. This workshop encourages the submission of papers, associated with the technologies and applications on sensor networking. - System architecture - Middleware and key component technologies - Practical applications and it's testbed operation Paper Submission Procedure and Timeline: Papers should be sent to the Organizers , as indicated below, no later than September 22. After a review process by Organizers and Program Committee of the Workshop, authors of accepted papers will be requested to send its final manuscript to IEEE-CS press no later than November 1. So, authors are kindly requested to submit papers as early as possible to facilitate a review process. + Paper Submission Deadline: September 22, 2006 + Final Manuscript: Nov. 1, 2006 Page limit: 12 single spaced pages.
