Proposed SAINT2004 Workshop 5: Service Oriented Computing An emerging area of service oriented computing addresses key technical issues of how to create future applications that are self-organizing, scalable, adaptive and evolve. This workshop focuses on key research issues in service oriented computing from its platform/framework to support service creation to controlling autonomous service components, and discovery of services. Important Dates: Paper Submission (for regular paper sessions): Oct 7, 2003 Demo presentation proposal submission (for a demo session): Oct 7, 2003 Notification: Oct 20, 2003 Final Manuscript: Nov 1, 2003 Workshop Date: one full day during Jan 26-30, 2004 Submission guideline: Papers should be sent via e-mail to suda@ics.uci.edu no later than October 7th.
