Credit Card : MasterCard, VISA, American Express, and JCB are accepted. Please include your credit card details on the registration form and submit it from the website, or by fax.

Bank transfer : Please include details of the date of remittance and the name of the remitter on the registration form and submit from the website, or by fax. Bank transfers must be received by January 16,2004(JST) and will not be accepted at on-site registration.

On-site Registration :At on-site registration, only cash(JPY) will be accepted.

If you need a receipt, please check the checkbox on the registration form. We will send your receipt to you by post when your payment has been processed.

SAINT Conference Registration fees include a copy of the Conference proceedings, a copy of the Workshop proceedings, admission to the Conference/Workshop sessions.

*Member and Student Discounts
To quality for discounted registration rates, please include your current IEEE, IEEE Computer Society, IPSJ or IEICE membership number on your registration form. IEEE Life Members may register at the Student rate.

Student status is subject to confirmation at the conference reception desk.

Tutorial registration fees include a copy of the Tutorial text and admission to the Tutorial session.

*Students receive the Member rate.

Cancellation requests must be made in writing to the registration secretariat on or before January 6, 2004. A cancellation fee of JPY 6,000 will be deducted from the refund. After January 10, 2004 no refund will be made.

A participants kit will be sent to absentees after the congress.

Our policy is that invitation letters can be issued only to speakers, presenters, committee members, IEEE members or persons known by the organizing committee. In addition registration fees must be paid in full before the letter is provided. Letters will only be sent by postal mail or fax and only to the individual registered for the conference.

We can book rooms at the following hotels for conference participants at special discount rates. Those persons who wish to apply for hotel reservations are requested to complete the registration form and submit it to us from the website no later than January 6, 2004. The number of rooms available is limited.

If you want to cancel your hotel reservation, please inform us in writing.
The deposit will be refunded, but the following cancellation fees will be charged depending on when the notification is received by us the transfer fee will be charged from the refund.
