With more and more people joining the Twitter community, many users are overwhelmed with managing their network connections and dealing with information overload. We want to address this problem by dividing the personal network of a Twitter user into cliques based on the network structure. In the second step, we analyze the communication records of all cliques in order to extract common interests of their members. Through this approach, we want to enable Twitter users to create and manage lists of "followers" and "followees" without effort and to use these lists to control information flow.
